These terms govern all engagements between Glade Advisory, operating as a sole trader in the United Kingdom, and clients who engage our services.

Services

Glade Advisory provides business strategy and financial modelling services. We do not provide regulated financial or investment advice. Nothing in our work constitutes advice regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other globally recognised financial regulator.

Engagements

All engagements are confirmed in writing by email. Work begins once confirmation and any applicable payment have been received. Scope, deliverables, and fees will be agreed prior to commencement.

Payment

One-off project fees are invoiced on agreement, with payment due within fourteen days of invoice. Monthly retainer fees are invoiced at the start of each month and due within seven days. We reserve the right to pause work on engagements where payment is overdue.

Refunds

All fees paid to Glade Advisory are non-refundable once work has commenced. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion — for example in the event of a serious failure to deliver the agreed scope. Monthly retainer fees already paid are non-refundable upon cancellation; cancellation simply prevents future billing.

Cancellation

Monthly retainers may be cancelled at any time with written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. For project engagements, work completed to the point of cancellation is chargeable at a pro-rata rate of the agreed project fee.

Revisions

Project engagements include two rounds of revisions as stated in the service description. Further revisions beyond this are available at an additional fee agreed in advance.

Intellectual property

Upon receipt of payment in full, the client owns all bespoke deliverables produced for their engagement, Glade Advisory retains ownership of all underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, and approaches used in producing those deliverables, which may be used in other engagements.

Liability

Glade Advisory will perform all services with reasonable skill and care. Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
