privacy policy

Last updated: April 2026

Glade Advisory is operated as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What data we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, and business details when you submit an enquiry form, book a call, or enter into a client engagement with us. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

How we use your data

We use your data solely to respond to enquiries, deliver services you have engaged us for, and communicate with you about your engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third party tools

We use Squarespace to host this website, Calendly to manage appointment bookings, and (typically) Microsoft Teams to conduct calls. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We encourage you to review them directly.

Data retention

We retain client data for six years following the end of an engagement in line with HMRC record-keeping requirements. Enquiry data from non-clients is deleted within twelve months if no engagement follows.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@thegladegroup.com.

Cookies

This website uses cookies via Squarespace to support basic functionality and analytics. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time.
